VISION

We envision a government hospital that provides high standards of patient care comparable to if not better than private health institutions but is affordable, attainable and available to all the people of Negros Occidental.

MISSION

Together, we work to establish a customer driven organization where the patient always comes first, so that we as committed public health providers, will have to become responsive of our roles in the making of a government hospital that provides optimum patient care at the least cost to all but the most especially the less privileged in the Province.

GOALS

Develop a high level of quality healthcare and achieve at least 95% satisfaction level of the patients and their families

To be able to provide at least 90% key target services expected from the institution

Develop a system such that all (100%) kinds of complaints will be attended to and resolved in the shortest time possible

Full (100%) compliance to all the standards, accreditation and certification requirements by all the agencies governing the hospital such as the Department of Health, Philippine Health Insurance Corporation and other regulating agencies.

Create a clean, organized and safe environment for the patients, watchers and staff that meet the requirements and standards of all agencies governing its operation.

Develop an environment that provides growth in competencies, happy and motivating workplace for its staff leading to at least 90% satisfaction level
