NEGRENSE BOXING CHAMP. World Boxing Association Asia South Bantamweight Champion, “King” Arthur Villanueva called on Negros Occ. Gov. Bong Lacson at the Governor’s Office today.
Villanueva was with his wife, Jinny Mae, and Provincial Sports Coordinator, Anthony Carlo Agustin. Gov. Lacson lauded and thanked Villanueva for bringing honor to the country and the province.
Villanueva, who hails from Bago City, defeated Jakpan Sangtong of Thailand during the WBA Asia Triple Header held in Pakistan recently.
