As part of Governor Bong Lacson’s official travel to Darwin, Australia, he visited the National Critical Care and Trauma Response Centre and had a meeting with Prof. Len Notaras, AO, Executive Director.

The centre showcased the Australian Government’s disaster and emergency medical response. It also offers clinical and academic leadership training in disaster and trauma care, and international education.

Gov. Lacson was with Provincial Administrator, Atty. Rayfrando Diaz, Executive Assistant to the Governor and PIO Charina Magallanes – Tan, Scholarship Head Karen Dinsay, NOLITC Administrator Dr. Ma. Cristina Orbecido, Provincial Tourism Officer Cheryl Decena, and Project Development Officer Irene Bel Ploteña, who compose the delegation from Negros Occidental.

The group was accompanied by Consul General Januario Rivas.
