The participants of the Season-Long Training of Trainers in Integrated Crop Management in Vegetable Production from the towns and cities of the province, paid a courtesy visit to Governor Bong Lacson at the Capitol last Thursday, April 8, 2022 and thanked the governor for his support to the implementation of the said agricultural training.
The group is led by Training Center Superintendent, Dr. Eden Bautista. They were also joined by OPA staff led by Supervising Agriculturist, Dr. Dina Genzola.
The 55-day training is spearheaded by the Agricultural Training Institute – Regional Training Center VI in partnership with the Negros Occ. Office of the Provincial Agriculturist.
It is also in support to Dept. of Agriculture’s directive to develop more production areas for vegetable in LGUs.
