Newly elected barangay leaders from the Third District of the province attend a three-day Transformative Mediation Training Workshop for Newly Elected Barangay Leaders of Negros Occidental, held at Mambukal Convention Center in Murcia, that started today (October 2).
The training-workshop aims to enhance the leadership skills of local officials and equip them with more knowledge in handling and resolving conflicts effectively.
