In partnership with the Mediation Network of the Philippines, the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental conducted Transformative Mediation Training for newly – elected punong barangays of the Fifth District, which seeks to empower barangay leaders with skills and knowledge in conflict resolution to build a culture of peace in local communities.

The three-day training workshop that started today, was held at the Mambukal Resort Convention Center in Murcia, facilitated by the Provincial Planning and Development Office.#AbanseNegrense
