Tourism officers from all cities and municipalities of Negros Occidental, including Bacolod City, attended the Year-end Tourism Assessment held at the Capitol Social Hall yesterday, January 31, 2023.
The group discussed tourism development updates, as well as future plans and projects.
Provincial Tourism Officer Cherly Decena reported a significant increase in tourist arrivals in the province for the year 2022.
Gov. Bong Lacson and Provincial Administrator Atty. Rayfrando Diaz were also present at the activity and assured of their support for the plans and programs of the tourism sector.
