All mayors of the Third and Fourth District of Negros Occidental were honored as Outstanding Negrenses during the Pasidungog 2021 as part of the 123rd Negros Day celebration.
Third District LGUs include the cities of Victorias, Silay, Talisay, and municipalities of EB Magalona and Murcia.
Fourth District LGUs include the cities of Bago and La Carlota, and the municipalities of Pulupandan, Valladolid, San Enrique and Pontevedra.
