Governor Bong Lacson, Vice Governor Jeffrey Ferrer and Sangguniang Panlalawigan Members led the official launching of the Panaad sa Negros Festival 2023 with the theme, “The Promise Renewed” held at the Provincial Capitol Park and Lagoon on March 14, 2023.
The festival logo and theme song were also presented during the program. The 27 Lin-ay sang Negros candidates, representing their respective towns and cities, also had their sashing ceremony.
The official launching was also attended by Provincial Administrator Atty. Rayfrando Diaz, Panaad Executive Director Cheryl Decena, LGU mayors, Panaad Execom and committee heads, tourism officers, PIOs, Panaad coordinators, Capitol employees, media, vloggers, and other guests.
This year’s Panaad sa Negros Festival is scheduled April 17 – 23, 2023 at the Panaad Park and Stadium in Bacolod City.
