Hinoba-an Mayor Daph Reliquias welcomed all guests and participants from the different LGUs of the Sixth District of Negros Occidental.
Governor Bong Lacson attended the event, together with 6th District Board Member Valentino Miguel Alonso, and Executive Assistant to the Governor and Provincial Sports Coordinator, Anthony Carlo Agustin, among others.
