The Provincial Government employees attended the Self-Compassion and Mindfulness Seminar-Workshop held at Nature’s Village Resort in Talisay City yesterday, November 28, 2022.
The activity is spearheaded by the Provincial Human Resource Management Office, Negros Occ. Language and IT Center, and Negros Occidental Provincial Gender and Development Focal Point System.
Governor Bong Lacson also attended the activity in support of the enhancement of emotional well-being and healthy lifestyles of Capitol employees.
