The Negros Occidental Scholarship Program grantees who passed the recent Physician Licensure Examination, namely Dr. Patrick Mabugat, Dr. Paolo Quezon, and Dr. Julius Anjao, paid a courtesy visit to Governor Bong Lacson at the Capitol, today, and thanked him for all the support and encouragement.
They are all graduates of University of St. La Salle – Bacolod and Dr. Mabugat ranked second in the over-all nationwide exam results. With them are NOSP Head Karen Dinsay, Bro. Kenneth Martinez, University of St. La Salle – Bacolod President and Chancellor, Dr. Ricky Gallaga, Dean of USLS College of Medicine, and Dr. Dyan Dimalaluan.
