Gov. Bong Lacson was the guest of honor and speaker at the graduation ceremony of the Public Safety Officers Candidate Course (PSOCC) 2023 “Class Kahiladman”, held today at the Regional Training Center 6, Bakyas, Brgy. Mansilingan, Bacolod City.

The governor said that the activity is a culmination of the safety officers’ hard work, commitment to service, and dedication to protecting the people.

“As you embark on a noble yet challenging career in law enforcement, I am confident that each one of you is fully prepared to uphold justice and safeguard the well-being of our people,” he said.

Gov. Lacson also lauded the instructors, trainers, and the entire training center for their efforts in training and empowering the men in unform into the excellent officers.
