Gov. Bong Lacson led today’s Provincial Opening of National Women’s Month held at Ayala Malls Capitol Central, attended by women councils and guests from various LGUs of the province.

Board Member Rita Gatuslao, chairperson of the SP Committee on Women and Children, Provincial Council for Women chair, Atty. Andrea Lizares – Si, Grace Natalie Azarraga of DILG Negros Occ., Engr. Glady Reyes of DOST, and Dr. Juliet Jeruta of the NAPC Sectoral Council for Women, who was the keynote speaker, among others, were present at the event.

Gov. Lacson said that the celebration stands as substantial evidence of the journey undertaken and the triumphs achieved by the women’s movement
