Negros Occidental Gov. Bong Lacson administered the oath of office of the newly elected president of the Liga ng mga Barangay sa Pilipinas – Negros Occidental Provincial Chapter, Richard Julius Sablan of Victorias City, this morning.

The election was held at Seda Hotel in Bacolod City. Other elected officers are Annabelle Bermudo, vice president; Jerome Agustin, auditor; and Henry Alcorin, Marlon Malacon, Elir Borres, Ronnie Salo, Freddie Mungcal, Rico Regalia, Alfred Martin Cui, and Paul Leonard de Oca, board of directors.#AbanseNegrense
