The Provincial Government of Negros Occidental delivered hundreds of food packs to stranded Negrenses at Tabuelan Port in Cebu around 9 p.m., facilitated by the Provincial Incident Management Team, led by Incident Commander, Dr. Zeaphard Caelian, through the directive of Governor Bong Lacson.
