The Provincial Development Council held a meeting at the Capitol Social Hall in Bacolod City this afternoon attended by PDC members including LGU mayors, private sectors, non-government organizations, national government agencies, and Capitol department/office heads.
The council has approved the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental Capacity Development Plan, and the Provincial Development and Physical Framework Plan 2023 – 2031.
The agenda also included updates on the 2023 – 2030 Provincial Integrated Safe Water Plan (PISWP) under the Special Projects Units of the Provincial Administrator’s Office, and the Negros Occidental Provincial Broadband Network Project of the Dept. of Information Communication Technology.
Also present at the meeting were Board Member Rommel Debulgado, LGU chief executives, and PDC Secretary and Provincial Planning and Development Office OIC, Anna Marie Lucasan, among others.
