Commission on Population and Development (POPCom) Region VI Director Harold Alfred Marshall together with Roilo Vincent Laguna, POPCom Information Officer, and Ma. Caren Gelarzo, PopDev Coordinator for Negros Occidental, paid a courtesy visit to Governor Bong Lacson at the Capitol, today, and conducted an orientation of the Localization Strategy of the Philippine Population and Development Program (PPDP).
Governor Lacson expressed his full support in strengthening the implementation of the PPDP thru the Negros Occ. Population Office headed by Dr. Edmund Calaor, for the attainment of better quality of life through management of population and well-planned and empowered Negrense families.
