The officers of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) – Negros Occidental Chapter led by its president, Reynee Talisay, paid a courtesy visit to Gov. Bong Lacson at the Provincial Capitol, this afternoon, to extend invitation to the group’s National Accountancy Week celebration, which will be held until July 22.
