The Negros Occidental Capitol Cab System won third place at the Digital Governance Awards under the Government Internal Operations (G21) Category – Provincial Level. Provincial Administrator Atty. Rayfrando Diaz received the award together with ICTD Head Jose Larry Sañor, NOLITC head Dr. Tina Basa, TJPH Chief of Hospital Dr. Mary Ann Maestral and PHO-OIC Dr. Girlie Pinongan at the awarding ceremony which was held at the National Museum of Natural History yesterday, March 30, 2023.
