The Provincial Government of Negros Occidental signed a Tripartite Agreement with Phil. Veterans Bank and Paynamics Technology, Inc., for more efficient business transactions by enhancing online processes and payments among PGNO clients.

The ceremonial signing was held at the Capitol Social Hall on August 28, 2024.
