The Provincial Government of Negros Occidental received the Safety Seal in compliance with the safety and health protocols against COVID-19.
It was awarded by the Department of Interior and Local Government, after passing the on-site inspection and evaluation conducted by representatives of DILG, Bureau of Fire and Protection and Philippine National Police.
Negros Occ. Provincial Administrator, Atty. Rayfrando Diaz received the Safety Seal Certificate from the evaluators led by DILG Negros Occidental Provincial Director Teodora at the Capitol, this afternoon.
With them are Police Lieutenant Colonel Robert Mansueto, Senior Fire Officer I Denmark Macoco, Fire Officer II Vengie Bilolo, Jun Christian Guardialao and Maria Fatima Daiz of the DILG, and Provincial Disaster Management Program Head, Dr. Zeaphard Caelian.
