Governor Bong Lacson led the official opening of the 1st Governor Women’s Open Volleyball Invitational Cup at Montalbo Covered Court in Bacolod City, this morning.

Jose G.Montalvo, Event Organizer NEFVEI President, Hon. Jason Villarosa Bacolod Councilor, Provincial Sports Coordinator Anthony Carlo Agustin were present at the opening of the sports event.

The tournament, is part of the sports initiatives and programs of the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental.
