The officers of the Negros Occidental Provincial Cooperative Development Council (NOPCDC) for C.Y. 2023 led by its chairman, Raymund Gepitulan, took their oaths of office before Gov. Bong Lacson at the Capitol yesterday, December 14, 2022.
Other officers are Edmund Chris Acosido, vice chairman; Caroline Tabianan, secretary; Mila Andrada, treasurer; and Rosalie Ledesma, auditor.
