Branch Manager Epifanio Cosca, Acting Asst. Branch Manager John Alvarez, and Finance Department Manager Lolita Sanedrin, at the Capitol this afternoon, and discussed about the implementation of the Palay Marketing Assistance Program for LGUs that will directly benefit the local farmers.
