Delilah Suela Gavaran of the Municipality of Binalbagan takes her oath as new Sangguniang Bayan Member of the Municipality of Binalbagan, before Governor Bong Lacson at rites held at the Governor’s Office today.

The oath taking ceremony was witnessed by Vice Gov. Jeffrey Ferrer, Binalbagan Vice Mayor Ursecio Inodeo, and Gavaran’s children.

SB Delilah Gavaran was appointed into office after Vice Mayor Inodeo succeeded Gavaran’s late husband, former Vice Mayor Samuel Gavaran, who passed away in November last year.
