The Provincial Government of Negros Occidental joins the 2021 Earth Hour #Connect2Earth.
All lights at the Provincial Capitol building and Lagoon will be switched off for an hour tomorrow, March 27, starting from 8:30 pm.
We would like to encourage and invite everyone to do the same in their homes or workplaces.
