The PPP Center executives and ADB Consultants met with Governor Bong Lacson and Provincial Administrator, Atty. Rayfrando Diaz at the Governor’s Office last Friday, December 16, 2022, as part of the site inspection and kick-off meeting for the Negros Occidental Bulk Water Supply Project.
Present were Director John Dominic Zafe, Engr. Cristina Cleofas, Jhoel Jorda, and Monica Fajardo of the Public Private Partnership (PPP) Center, Environment Management Specialist Donato Dela Cruz, Legal Specialist Brando Cabalsi, Capacity Development Specialist Patrick Rosales, Water Supply and Sanitation Expert Johan Martinez, and Atty. Jessa G. Genteroles, Provincial Focal Person for PPP Projects.
