The Province of Negros Occidental participates at the ongoing Terra Madre Salone del Gusto 2024 held at Parco Dora, Turin, Italy.

Executive Assistant to the Governor and Provincial PIO Charina Magallanes – Tan and PEMO Head Atty. Julie Ann Bedrio led the province’s delegation to the event.

Bacolod City Mayor Albee Benitez, Vice Mayor El Cid Familiaran, and city councilors also joined the event, together with Victorias City Mayor and ACE President Javi Benitez and La Castellana Mayor Rhummyla Nicor-Mangilimutan.

Atty. Jonathan Ealdama, Mr. Ismael Penado, and Mr. Marvin Tan represented Talisay City.

The said international event, facilitated by Slow Food International, is a celebration of diversity of cultures and food from delegates all over the world, which aims to foster cooperation, dialogue, sharing, responsibility, and food education.
