Felicitas Canoy, a centenarian from Barangay 6, San Carlos City, was honored today by the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental. Canoy received a cash incentive of ₱100,000 along with a Certificate of Recognition as part of the Centenarian Awards program.
Governor Bong Lacson, together with Board Member Manuel Frederick Ko, personally visited the Canoy residence to hand over the award, expressing gratitude and admiration for her remarkable longevity and contribution to the community.*
