The shipment of additional 2,590 Sinovac Vials, allotted by the national government for Negros Occidental arrived at the BREDCO Port in Bacolod City on Saturday, March 13, brought by the Philippine Coast Guard vessel in coordination with the Office of the Civil Defense Region VI and Department of Health – Western Visayas.

The vaccines were brought immediately by the Provincial Incident Management Team, led by Dr. Zeaphard Caelian, to the Provincial Health Office cold storage facility along Gatuslao Street in Bacolod City.

Currently, the provincial government has already received 5,180 Sinovac Vials from the national government.*
