The Provincial Incident Management Team led by Dr. Zeaphard Caelian received the 990 Sinovac vials and 74 AstraZeneca vials for the Province of Negros Occidental, which arrived at the Bredco Port in Bacolod City, earlier today, through the Office of the Civil Defense and Department of Health Region VI. The vaccines were transported directly to the Provincial Health Office cold room.
