Governor Bong Lacson joined local officials and visitors at the Masskara sa Panaad tonight. The festivities include themed booths of the LGUs of the Fourth District of Negros Occidental which exhibit unique designs and colorful lights for the Masskara sa Panaad 2022, as well as a mini concert at the Park Stage.
