LIVELIHOOD ASSISTANCE FOR PWDs. Governor Bong Lacson led the turnover of photocopying machines to the members of PWDs from the cities of Sipalay, Himamaylan, and Silay, at the Provincial Capitol this morning in the presence of Provincial Social Welfare and Development Officer Merle Garcia.
The officers of the Provincial Federation of Persons with Disabilities led by its president, Clyde John Bravo, also took their oaths of office before Gov. Lacson.
