The group from Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) led by Volunteer Program Coordinator Choi Yoonhee, and Program Manager Sheena Balinsoy, paid a courtesy visit to Governor Bong Lacson at the Capitol yesterday afternoon as part of their site visit to the towns of Murcia, Cauayan, Hinigaran, and San Enrique, in coordination with the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office.
The team will also monitor and assess the projects implemented by Korean volunteers in the province. Also in photo is Blenda Abarquez of the PSWDO.
