The executives of Kalipay Negrense Foundation, Inc. led by its founder and president, Anna Balcells, presented to Gov. Bong Lacson their recently released 2021 Annual Report, at the Capitol, this morning. The group also thanked the governor for his support of the foundation’s cause of helping disadvantaged children.
