The Governor’s Cup Inter LGU 3 x 3 Basketball Tournament officially kicked off in Talisay City on Saturday, September 17, 2022.
The opening ceremonies were attended by Talisay City Councilor Kenn Thomas Tirthdas, Talisay City SK President Marcky Pelaez, Provincial Sports Coordinator Anthony Carlos Agustin, and City Consultant on Sports Marvin Tan, who proclaimed the tournament open.
