Governor Bong Lacson, Vice Gov. Jeffrey Ferrer, and Brgy. Binicuil Punong Barangay Jerry Fuentes led the inauguration of the newly constructed Binicuil Multi-Purpose Building, in Kabankalan City, yesterday (July 14), together with Board Members Jeffrey Tubola and Joben Alonso, Kabankalan City Mayor Pedro Zayco, Jr., Vice Mayor Raul Rivera, and other local officials.
