Governor Bong Lacson turns over cash incentives to two Negros Occidental Scholarship Program (NOSP) scholars who graduated with highest Latin honors.
Jim John Tolentino, an IP scholar from Salvador Benedicto who took up BS Hotel and Restaurant Management at Central Philippine State University – San Carlos City, graduated Summa Cum Laude and Batch Valedictorian last May 2022. He received P 17,000 total cash incentive.
Meanwhile, May Ann Montero of Valladolid, a PAGKAON scholar who graduated with a degree in BS Fisheries, received P 10,000 cash incentive for graduating Magna Cum Laude at Carlos Hilado Memorial State University – Binalbagan last June 13, 2022.
