The provincial government-run Eleuterio T. Decena Memorial Hospital in the Municipality of Hinoba-an temporarily suspends hospital services starting April 20, 2021 until swab test results of high risk or close contact hospital personnel become available.

The hospital’s emergency room, outpatient department, triage area, and female ward were closed for disinfection. However, Emergency Room will still cater to extreme emergency cases.
