Governor Bong Lacson and Sagay City officials led by Mayor Narciso Javelosa, Jr. led the groundbreaking ceremony for the 62.8-million 90-linear meter Himoga-an (Puey) Bridge III in Brgy. Bato, Sagay City on March 22, 2023.
Also present at the blessing and laying of time capsule were Vice Mayor Leo Rafael Cueva, Acting Regional Executive Director of DA Region VI Engr. Jose Albert Barrogo, and Negros Occ. Provincial Administrator Atty. Rayfrando Diaz, II, among others.
It is another Department of Agriculture-led Philippine Rural Development Project (DA-PRDP) infrastructure development project in the province.
