Papal Nuncio to the Philippines, Most Rev. Charles John Brown was welcomed by Governor Bong Lacson upon arrival at the Bacolod-Silay Airport last night. With them are Msgr. Alessio Deriu and Bacolod Bishop Patricio Buzon.
The Papal Nuncio visited the province for the 87th Parish Fiesta and Diocesan Feast Day of the San Carlos Borromeo Cathedral Parish today.
