The Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers, Inc. – Negros Occidental Chapter (PICE – NOC) led by its president, Engr. Leah Jamero, paid a courtesy visit to Gov. Bong Lacson at the Provincial Capitol, this morning.
The group invited the governor to the 48th PICE National Convention and Technical Conference to be held in Bacolod City on November 11 – 12, 2022.
Negros Occidental Provincial Administrator, Atty. Rayfrando Diaz also welcomed the PICE – NOC officers.
