Governor Bong Lacson presided over the Provincial Council for the Protection of Children (PCPC) Meeting held at the Capitol Social Hall, earlier today, and discussed about the proposed projects, programs and activities intended for the welfare and protection of Negrense children.
Also present in the meeting were Board Member Juvy Pepello and Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office OIC Merle Garcia.
