Governor Bong Lacson welcomed Mark Hanzel, Agricultural Attaché at USDA Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS) together with Agriculture Specialist Florence Sevilla, as they paid a courtesy visit to the Governor’s Office, this afternoon. They discussed about collaborative plans and programs for the advancement and promotion of agricultural development in the province.
Also present in the meeting were Dr. Saturnina Halos of Dept. of Agriculture – Central Office, Regional Executive Director Engr. Remelyn Recoter DA – RFO 6, and Mimi Fantilan and Ruth Torreverde of DA RFO 6, Negros Occ. Negros Occ. Provincial Administrator Atty. Rayfrando Diaz, Provincial Agriculturist Dr. Edmund Causing and Supervising Agriculturist, Dr. Dina Genzola.
