Governor Bong Lacson welcomed Governor Rhodora Cadiao of the Province of Antique as she paid a courtesy visit at the Negros Occidental Provincial Capitol yesterday afternoon, December 3, 2021.
The two governors talked about development programs that will benefit both provinces.
