Gov. Lacson To Masskara Eagles Club: Pursue The Noble Purpose Of Brotherhood

Negros Occidental Governor Bong Lacson commended the successful chartering and induction of the Masskara Eagles Club and urged its officers and members to continue to pursue the noble purpose of your brotherhood and employ their strengths and capabilities to serve the country and the people.

The governor delivered his message at the Masskara Eagles Club Chartering and Induction Ceremony held at Nature’s Village Resort in Talisay City, yesterday (July 10), attended by the organization’s officers and members.

The Masskara Eagles Charter officers is headed by its president, Joy Sobrevega.

The said club is under the Fraternal Order of Eagles, a first Philippine-born fraternal socio-civic organization based in Manila headed by its national president, Roberto Seelin.

Gov. Lacson said that the Fraternal Order of Eagles since its inception has been at the forefront of extending help and assistance to those in need and to numerous worthy causes.

“Your organization has been a vanguard for our collective goal of achieving an inclusive, progressive, and revitalized nation. We in the government, welcome and acknowledge the significance and value of non-government organizations who voluntarily take on active citizen leadership,” said Gov. Lacson.
