Governor Bong Lacson presides over the Provincial Technical Education and Skills Development Committee (PTESDC) Meeting held at the Governor’s Office this afternoon.
The committee discussed updates about market-relevant skills training and programs in the province and creating more opportunities for the skills development of the Negrense youth.
