Governor Bong Lacson visited the members of the High Value Commercial Crops (HVCC) Farmers Association of Sipalay City yesterday, March 25, 2021. These farmers are growing vegetable and high value crops as a source of livelihood.
They are considered one of the highest producers of vegetables in the city; their farm is located at Marabo, Brgy. Mambaroto, Sipalay City.
The governor together with Board Member Jeffrey Tubola, were welcomed by Sipalay City Mayor Gina Lizares, Vice Mayor Oscar Montilla, Jr., Councilor Genaro Alvarez IV, Brgy. Capt. Tranquilino Duayan, Sipalay City Agriculturist Raymond Villanueva, and HVCC Farmers Association president, Mateo Seneres.
The association is a recipient of various agricultural projects of the Provincial Government.*
