GOV. LACSON MEETS GUAM LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR

Governor Bong Lacson paid a courtesy visit to Honorable Joshua Franquez Tenorio, Lieutenant Governor of Guam today.

They discussed the possibility of a sisterhood between Negros Occidental and Guam. They were also joined by Consul General Patrick John Hilado.

Gov. Lacson, together with Negros Occidental executives, Provincial Administrator, Atty. Rayfrando Diaz, EA IV and Provincial Information Officer, Charina Magallanes – Tan, and Provincial Tourism Officer, Cheryl Decena are currently on official visit to Guam until June 9, 2022.

The team is also set to visit other agencies to explore and talk on possible partnership between Guam and Negros Occidental in the field of tourism, agriculture, and investment opportunities.

Hon. Tenorio is an American Democratic politician and businessman; he is the tenth and current Lieutenant Governor of Guam.
